Our Story
Caring for pets in California since 2006
Animals have been my life for over two decades.
Before starting this business, I spent 20+ years working in veterinary clinics helping pets through surgery, illness, and recovery. I’ve comforted nervous dogs, cared for seniors, administered medication, and supported families during some of their hardest moments.
That experience shaped how I care for every pet today. When you hire me, you’re not hiring a random walker. You’re hiring someone trained to notice small changes, prevent problems, and keep your pets safe.
My goal is simple:

What areas do you service??

Can I meet my Pet Care provider before I agree?
Absolutely. We encourage a complimentary meet-and-greet to ensure you and your pet are comfortable with your assigned care specialist. This is a great time to ask questions and share detailed care instructions.

What is included in a standard dog walk?
A: Our dog walks include a 30 or 60-minute adventure tailored to your dog's energy level, fresh water, and a photo update so you can see the fun they're having. We can also accommodate feeding and medication requests.
How does pet sitting in my home work?
Our in-home pet sitting allows your pet to stay in their familiar environment. We provide overnight stays or multiple daily drop-in visits, which include feeding, walks, playtime, and administering any necessary medication. We also bring in mail and water plants to give your home a lived-in look.
What are drop-in visits?
Drop-in visits are perfect for a midday potty break, feeding, or just some extra playtime. These 30-minute visits are a great way to break up the day for your pet while you're at work.

A: Yes. Our founder, Darina, has over 20 years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting. We are highly experienced in administering all types of medication, including pills, liquids, and injections.
Q: Do you care for senior pets or pets with special needs?
A: We specialize in care for senior pets and those with special needs. We understand the importance of patience, a gentle touch, and close monitoring. We can assist with mobility issues, special dietary needs, and post-operative care.
Q: What happens in a medical emergency?
A: In the event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you and your preferred veterinarian. If your vet is unavailable, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic. Your pet's health and safety are our top priority.
Booking & Billing
Q: How do I book a service?
A: You can book a service by filling out the form on our website, calling us directly, or by booking an appointment through our online system.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of dog walks and drop-in visits, and 72-hour notice for pet sitting services. Cancellations made outside of this window may be subject to a fee.
Q: How does billing work?
A: We offer flexible billing options, including monthly packages and per-service payments. We accept all major credit cards. For new clients, payment is due at the time of booking.
